WHO WE ARE
Russel and Vinessa are a husband and wife team, who both received their bachelor's degrees from Midwestern State University. Vinessa Fitzwater received the President's Medal of Excellence for her degree in Business Administration and became 50% owner in a local construction company. Russel went to work for the same company after serving 11 years in the United States Armed Forces.
